We do all the authorizations and billing right here in our office. There is no offsite billing service adding weeks to your referral, and that matters — timing is everything with head shape treatment.

Assistance for military families through Army Emergency Relief. We will help you put the paperwork together.
UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation Grant
A medical grant that can cover costs your plan does not. Families apply directly, and we provide the clinical documentation.
Why Timing Matters
The best window to begin treatment is 4 to 6 months old, so the helmet can catch your baby's next growth spurt. That is when correction happens fastest and treatment is shortest.
We see babies from 3 to 18 months old, and we only recommend a helmet when cranial measurements fall in the moderate to severe range. A slow authorization can cost you weeks of that window, which is exactly why we keep the paperwork in house.
