Africa has always been close to Kristen's heart. She serves on the board of Cabbage & Crayons and takes teams to Kenya to serve children and families there.
Serving Families In Kenya
After college, Kristen joined the Peace Corps and moved to South Africa to teach in elementary schools. That season changed the direction of her life, and Africa has stayed close to her heart ever since.
Today she serves on the board of Cabbage & Crayons, a nonprofit supporting children and families in Kenya. She takes teams over to serve alongside them and to share the love of Jesus with families living in poverty.
