Why We Do This
Kristen Thessing is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist and a mother of four young daughters. She knows what it feels like to sit across from a clinician and hear that something about your baby is not quite right — and she built this practice around telling parents the truth, even when the truth is that no helmet is needed.
That is why every consultation is free. Some babies need cranial remolding. Many just need repositioning, tummy time, and a physical therapy referral for a tight neck. We would rather send you home reassured than sell a helmet nobody needed.
When a helmet is the right call, we use radiation-free STARscanner and SmartSoc imaging, custom 3D fabrication, and close follow-up every one to two weeks until the measurements are where they should be.
